Do the founders matter?

I sometimes sit at my maple desk and stare out of the window and gaze at the country that I once knew as a young man. I drift off in thought, and remember a time when God and country were revered. A better time, when our enemy was clearly defined. The enemy was anyone, any nation, any entity that hated freedom, that desired to destroy the human freedom spirit… I remember a time when everyone stood and took off their caps, and placed their right hand over their heart and sang loudly the national anthem or stated with unequivacle force the pledge of allegiance. An allegiance to the flag of our great nation, a shining city on a hill, as President Reagan once described it. Alas, those days are long since passed. Today, the government declares its own young men in uniform to be the danger lurking around the next corner. Nations and religions that publicly state their intentions to murder and destroy free peoples and nations are welcomed into our United States and applauded as they spew bile from their murderous mouths and declare our own great leaders as “devils”. These afternoons, at a baseball game in Los Angeles, California, the National Anthem will play loudly and fall on thousands of seated miscreants, donning caps, talking with their girl, or their guy for that matter, shoveling food and beer down their disgustingly unpatriotic bodies. Today, the most disgusting and horrific of unimportant men gather and discuss which next great man they will destroy with their communist like press corp and deviant hollywood… ahh, they have settled on one of the greatest Presidents ever, one of the greatest men for that matter… President Ronald Reagan. These insignificant miscreants laugh with each other as they contemplate their evil plan. They plan to write a script that completely distorts the entire life of Reagan. Such undeserved ugly human beings relish the power they hold over a sheep of a nation – similar to ancient monarchy, dictatorships, and other totalitarian regimes, where history was created not recorded. Such deviancy is welcomed by the press. More to come…
